Flowers on the altar this week were given by the Altar Guild.

This week at Trinity we pray, especially, for: Gail Sweet, Gerry Moore, Joy Blair, and Carol Holt.

Donations for disaster/fire relief: If you would like to make a donation through the church in support of the fire victims, you have a few options: 1) you can make a check to Trinity Church, write fire/disaster relief in the memo line and place it in the offering basket, 2) you can mail a check directly to The Episcopal Diocese of Northern California, 350 University Avenue, Suite 280, Sacramento, CA 95825- Make the check out to “EDNC” be sure and write “disaster relief” in the memo line. 3) you can also donate online at http://www.norcalepiscopal.org/disaster-relief. 100% of your donation will go directly to assist victims in the first stage of the disaster and later during long term recovery.

Nov. 29th, 5:30pm: Book Study in Jane’s Hall.

Dec. 1st, 9am-12pm: Advent Quiet Day in the church. “Listening with Mary”.

Dec. 1st, 12:30pm: A Potluck Holiday luncheon will be held at the Rollingwood Club House located off New York Ranch Road. Bring your favorite dish to serve at least six. Rolls, coffee and tea will be furnished. If you have any questions call Mary Mahoney.

Dec. 2nd, 9:35am: Bible Study in the undercroft.

Dec. 6th, 5:30pm: Book Study in Jane’s Hall.

Dec. 8th, 6pm: Las Posadas, the re-enactment of the story of Mary and Joseph searching for shelter, in Sutter Creek. Trinity has been asked to supply at least 4 shepherds and a cookie co-ordinator. Costumes are provided for the shepherds, who walk along in the procession and do a little gentle crowd control! The cookie co-ordinator solicits 15 dozen homemade cookies from our parish and gets them to the Methodist church in Sutter Creek on the day of the event. Lastly, we need a volunteer to help clean up the Methodist hall after refreshments are served to prepare for church the following day! If you would like to help, tell or write to Nancy Moore. Dec. 9th: Tuna Sunday- bring canned tuna to church to support the foodbank.

Dec. 13th, 5:30pm: Bishop’s visit & installation of Fr. Paul as Priest-In-Charge.

Dec. 15th, 6:30pm: Parade of Lights in Sutter Creek.

Dec. 16th, 9:35am: Bible Study in the undercroft.

Dec. 23rd, 9:30am: Joint service Fourth Sunday of Advent

Dec. 24th, 5:30pm: The Christ Mass

Dec. 30th, 10am: Joint service Lessons and Carols
